Specific Pain Points: The Waiting Room Crisis (Time & Safety): Patients routinely lose 2 to 3 hours sitting in congested hospital waiting rooms. This not only causes severe frustration and loss of productivity but also actively exposes vulnerable patients to secondary, hospital-acquired infections. Current digital booking systems secure a slot but fail to provide dynamic, real-time queue tracking.
